Salem Web Network has created an End User License Agreement in order to demonstrate our commitment to anti-piracy. CrossDaily.com is owned by Salem Web Network referred to herein as "CrossDaily.com." This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual person or a single legal entity, who will be referred to in this EULA as "You") and CrossDaily.com for the software technology that displays this EULA, including any associated media, printed materials and electronic documentation (the "Software"). The Software also includes any software updates, add-on components, web services and/or supplements that CrossDaily.com may provide to You or make available to You after the date You obtain Your initial copy of the Software to the extent that such items are not accompanied by a separate license agreement or terms of use. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by CrossDaily.com, by installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access or use the Software. For purposes of this EULA, the term "Licensor" refers to CrossDaily.com. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to the terms of this EULA, CrossDaily.com is unwilling to license the Software. In such event, You may not install, copy, download or otherwise use the Software.

1. Grant of License. You may install and use the software product on, at most, one processor at any given time. If the software is to be installed on a network, it may be accessed by only one workstation at a time. You may also make copies of the software product for backup and archival purposes. Any reproduction or redistribution of the software product not in accordance with this EULA is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT TO ANY SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED.
2. Intellectual Property Rights. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, animations, text, titles, computer code, data, themes, objects, characters, artwork, methods of operation, moral rights, any related documentation, and "applets" incorporated into the Software Product), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Software are owned by CrossDaily.com or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content that is not contained in the Software, but may be accessed through use of the Software, is the property of the respective content owners and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants You no rights to use such content. If this Software contains documentation that is provided only in electronic form, you may print one copy of such electronic documentation. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the Software. All rights not specifically granted under this EULA are reserved by CrossDaily.com and its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by the copyright laws, international copyright treaties and conventions. All rights are reserved. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may contain certain licensed materials and CrossDaily.com may act to protect their rights in the event of any violation of this EULA.
3. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. Subject to the grant of license hereinabove, you may not, in whole or in part, copy, photocopy, reproduce, translate, reverse engineer, derive source code from, modify, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works based on the software product, or remove any proprietary notices or labels on the software product, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
4. No rental, leasing or commercial hosting. You may not rent, lease, lend or provide commercial hosting services to third parties with the Software.
5. Support Services. CrossDaily.com may provide You with support services related to the Software ("Support Services"). Any supplemental software code provided to You as part of the Support Services are considered part of the Software and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. You acknowledge and agree that CrossDaily.com may use technical information You provide to CrossDaily.com as part of the Support Services for its business purposes, including for product support and development. CrossDaily.com will not utilize such technical information in a form that personally identifies You.
6. Lost or Corrupted Data. You must back-up to another secure location, on a regular basis, any data files concerning your use of the software product as CrossDaily.com has no liability for lost or corrupted data.
7. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, CrossDaily.com or its suppliers may terminate this EULA if You fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, You must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.
8. Exclusion of Incidental, Consequential and Certain Other Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CrossDaily.com or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or confidential or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy, for failure to meet any duty including of good faith or of reasonable care, for negligence, and for any other pecuniary or other loss whatsoever) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the software, the provision of or failure to provide support services, or otherwise under or in connection with any provision of this EULA, even in the event of the fault, tort (including negligence), strict liability, breach of contract or breach of warranty of CrossDaily.com or any supplier, and even if CrossDaily.com or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. No Warranty. Any use of the software product is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrossDaily.com and its suppliers disclaim all warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
10. Licensing Amendments. CrossDaily.com in their sole discretion may amend the EULA without prior notice. Such amendments will be posted on the web site found at www.CrossDaily.com and knowledge of such amendments remains Your responsibility. If any section of the EULA is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
